The future restaurant and retail area is being planned as a walkable “front porch” for the community, with spots where you can grab coffee after church, celebrate a birthday dinner, or meet friends after a day on the lake or the golf course.

Beyond the food itself, the goal is to shape true gathering spaces. Think shaded patios, walking paths that connect back to the Village, the storage area and the luxury RV Park, and comfortable seating where people can linger, talk, and watch the sun dip down over the trees. The shared amenities at the Commons are meant to feel less like a commercial boardwalk and more like the kind of place you return to year after year—where kids grow up, grandkids visit, and the story of this little stretch of White Rock Creek keeps being written, one meal and one conversation at a time.
